My First Attempt at Blogging

I've wanted to blog for a very long time, but like most things unfortunately, I've procrastinated. No longer! Here I will showcase my latest creations as well as other fun things going on.

Hurricane Gustav plowed his way through here last Monday. We are all well with minimal damage, thank goodness. Some of my neighbors were not so fortunate. I'll post pictures that I took while walking down my street after the storm had passed. It's incredible what weather can do.
